I have bought several RLC ranges and am happy with each one. Their only downside - common to the entire industry - the straps are too long for small wrists. Now this problem is solved! These Montana leather straps are now available in shorter lengths. Montana leather is an excellent soft leather with a pleasant texture. I bought a black (although tan and tan are available) in 17mm for a vintage Baylor manual wind. These bands, like other RLC bands, come with silver and gold buckles. This strap does not come with quick release pins, so you will need a tool. The band itself is very appealing. Made from high quality leather in the USA. In terms of fit, I have a 6 1/2" wrist and put the pin through 4 of the 7 holes - right in the middle. So it's a good choice for guys with small wrists or ladies looking to stand out from that lovely group feel attracted.
