Weak hinge point - my new review

I purchased this saw for an annual hunting trip I make each fall. It worked well for the first several seasons for small kindling type wood cutting. However this season I used it for a larger 2 inch green branch that needed to be cut. The saw buckled at the hinge point and the blade was subsequently severely bent. I was unable to straighten it back to its original shape. It’s too bad because I really liked using it up to this point.

Great saw. Ergonomic, looks good, and does it’s job!

Cons

The saw may not be durable enough for frequent use
