The customer support team is amazing, so helpful with questions or issues you might have! Also it's super easy to get in touch via email for anything that needs immediate attention--we've gotten answers within minutes most of time we need them :) It does require some self-knowledge though if someone new joins your organization who hasn't used any other talent management system before this one (or isn't familiar w/ how things work). We are solving our recruitment challenges by using their cloud solutions as well as providing access from mobile devices like smartphones & tablets when they're out at events where there aren't wifi networks readily available. This has been great because now candidates can find us easily without having to go through an employer website first which saves precious recruiting cycles!! We also use all 3 services together - CareerPaths connects the candidate directly to employers while Recruit.
