I just bought this USB powered clip-on fan to use on my golf cart while golfing in Arizona this summer (Yes, it's going to be hot!). I can mount it on the passenger side grab bar, on the plastic bezel between the cup holder holes, or on the dash just behind the windshield - everything works well to direct the airflow towards me and it's all within easy reach of the 2 USB ports the car has golf. I could certainly attach it to the vertical roof support as well, but haven't tried it yet. The fan rotates 360 degrees up and down and sideways so I can adjust it in any direction no matter where I mount it. For such a small fan (6" chassis, but fan blades probably between 4" and 5"), it blows out quite a bit of air even at low speed. I'm definitely impressed by such a cheap fan.
