There are no manual settings that even the cheapest soap dish has. The user has only the opportunity either to choose the shooting scene set by the manufacturer or to entrust it to the machine. The biggest downside is the focus. It is almost useless to shoot at the maximum zoom - the result will be better with an average zoom with an increase in PC. It's funny that he writes the video at the maximum zoom quite decently, although it slows down. The impression that the device does not stop focusing while taking a picture and the photo will turn out sharp or not is a lottery. In addition, it still depends on the selected scene (not sure that shooting on the beach with the "beach" scene will get better pictures than with the "landscape" or "portrait" scene). Do not pick up a plot, but entrust it to the machine - in half the cases, absolutely all the pictures will be blurry. In addition, in order to focus, he needs to throw a small contrasting object into the center of the frame, and this is not always possible. If you come across a good picture from this device on the net, download and enlarge it. You will see a gray-lilac scary soap. I also bought a used one and also for 3000 in perfect condition with a bag, a card and batteries. This is his "red price", and new. I left it only for decent macro and video shooting, but I almost always take a canon soap dish with it.
