I like how easy it was to set up tasks for my team members to work together with other teams on projects we are working on as part of our day jobs. The ability to have multiple people assigned to one task makes this tool very useful when you need help from more than just your immediate colleagues! It would be nice if there were some way to limit certain users' access so they couldn't view all open issues/tasks at once. We do not use any custom fields - everything's done via standard dropdowns (or text boxes). This can make creating new items difficult because sometimes what looks right isn't actually possible due to limitations imposed upon us through the system. Also, since each user has their own workspace, using version control becomes challenging as well.
