Not perfect but ok
Baking bread that looks like market bread may not be ideal. The best thing is that now I can control what's in the bread to make it healthy and delicious. I didn't like the size of the bread as it's too big but I think it's a standard size. It takes several hours to bake a loaf of bread. I like that it can be used just to make dough. A bit noisy but the flavor it produces makes up for it. There aren't many recipes included, but you'll have to experiment with recipes online.
