Yes, I said that. I would have no hesitation in choosing these mats over Weathertech. My last car had Weathertech. You were fine. The fit was perfect and they did their job of keeping dirt and water out of the carpet. But they sounded harsh and dull when I stepped on them, they always looked dirty, and the taped logo peeled off in the summer heat. I liked them well enough, but I found myself swapping them out for factory carpet mats when the weather was nice. However, these rugs are the real deal. Carpet backing sticks to factory carpet like velcro, doesn't slip at all. The fit is good, not great. If Weathertechs is a 10, then these rugs are an 8.5 or so. They feel great under shoes, are slightly soft and very durable. Much more comfortable than WT mats. The entry and exit leave no scratches and the color is very dark black so they blend in perfectly with the carpet. There's no risk of the logo falling off as it's screwed on, but I wish it wasn't so reflective. When I get in the car at night, the ceiling lights up like a hologram. Minor criticisms, I would rate it 4 stars if they were $120 like Weathertechs ($100 on a good day) but they aren't. They're a lot cheaper. Make no mistake, buy them!
