DOA Beard and Mustache Trimmer

My 14 year old started growing facial hair and bought this trimmer for Christmas. Today was the day he asked me to show him how to shave and trim his mustache. As a proud father, I was happy to share this experience with my eldest son. We all unplugged and plugged in the charger but it doesn't work. No indicator light, no power.
