To all who said it was gossip. You're trying to "suck up" too much material. When I used mine, I used the pattern as a template, traced it around, and then removed most of the material with a jigsaw (within 1/4 inch of my line). Then clamp the template and start the router. It worked great. I am building a large pergola. The ends of all joists, rafters and perkins have a beautiful curved detail. Both ends of 60 boards and no chatter. I like it.
