I have a 54" x 36" wooden table that I wanted to protect from damage from our young children, but it's a lovely piece of furniture that I didn't have. want to hide under the tablecloth. Many of the different sizes offered by the company didn't fit my desk, so I planned on buying the next larger size and cropping it to fit me as other commenters had suggested. I was reluctant to do this because I knew that if I made a mistake cutting it, I would not be able to return the case for a replacement or refund. I contacted the seller to explain my concerns and they were very understanding and helpful. The rep instructed me to purchase the next smaller size (which was actually cheaper) and then immediately emailed her with my order number and the exact measurements we needed for our table. In order to get personalized service, I had to make sure I was ordering the product directly from their warehouse and not from the Revain supplier (who was also cheaper - along with free shipping!). She gave me very clear information on how to order this way. I followed her instructions and in 2 weeks the product arrived - and it cut perfectly! You have done a far better job than I could ever hope to do on my own. The rep warned me that they would leave it a few millimeters long on either side as it might shrink a bit in the first few weeks. I haven't noticed any significant "shrinkage" but the case fits well and looks great on our table! It's a high quality material that stays in place, easy to clean and I haven't noticed any scratches or haze in the 2 months we've had it. Unfortunately, the level of customer service they have offered us is a rarity these days. Days and it has been a pleasure to work with a company that cares so much about the needs of their customers.
