Fine, but there are issues

I love how these hangers look in my closets - neat and tidy. They are mostly durable and hold all types of clothing well and prevent items from sliding off. However, I've had about 10 instances where the metal hook broke when trying to rotate it. The advertisement shows that the metal bracket must rotate 360 degrees. Hooks that don't rotate will break the hanger and render it unusable. I might add that I was careful when trying to get the hook to spin, I wasn't rough with it. If I insist, the hook will click and break the shackle. I bought 3 boxes so overall I'm very happy with them.
