The jet boat does not go 20mph or even 20kph. I would guess it is closer to 10mph.I am basing this in comparison to other rc boats I have operated that went 13mph and were much faster.Also there is no thrust in reverse even though the thrusters spin in reverse, jet pumps need thrust deflectors to go backward and there are none.One of the shafts came loose from one of the motors but I was able to crack open the boat to fix it.Steering is not very responsive and no reverse possible with this design, but it's worth the price I paid and still does not leak even after having to open it up to fix.The battery discharges fine for the first 5 minutes and then the power and speed diminishes substantially until it runs out, performing more like a ni-cad battery so I have doubts it is lithium ion.One of the thrusters is weaker than the other and trimming lowers the power of the faster thruster so the boat goes slower. There is no cooling system other than the motors are close to the hull and cooled by the water outside the hull.The boat is still fun to drive and still watertight.Update.I discovered that one of the impellers was mounted too far on the shaft so the set screw was not seating in the notch properly. That is why it kept coming loose. I was able to push it into the correct possition and now everything works properly. One of the motors is slightly weaker than the other still and I have to check and clean out the thrusters after every use because stuff gets sucked in and stuck inside the jets.It is still water tight and that is what matters most in a boat.
