First, make sure you have a towel while you put these things on and put your feet on them while you wait or you'll end up with a mess. They are VERY big so you have to fold and fold a lot to close them. They offer two strips of tape for each bootie, which become useless after about ten minutes as all the liquid is out. Be sure to wash your hands as it leaves a sticky residue and stinks when it dries on your skin. That should be common sense, but don't take it. It's been about 4 or 5 days since I've worn ankle boots (I've kept them on for 90 minutes). To this day I haven't seen any skin peeling or blistering. It says about seven days, but I thought I was already seeing some signs that it was working. They say you can soak your feet 30 minutes a day to help the process, but who has time for that these days. Also, I expected it to be a 90 minute process, not 90 minutes plus 30 minutes a day. When I start peeling I will update. My feet were nice and soft on cold days, but I fix that with warm water and a foot file. If I don't exfoliate or see noticeable improvements I won't buy it again.
