I saw this and thought "I have to have this and I really hope it works!" and it does. I can't tell you how many times I've been under a car or under a sink and reached for what I thought was the right outlet only to find it was the wrong size and I had to crawl out and find the right outlet (If you are more than three times you will become a killer) but now I have a solution, this tool is like magic, it adapts to the shape of the screw head and you can loosen or tighten it. I've read some reviews that sounded like some people use air drills or percussion tools with it and common sense should tell you it was a stupid idea. Use it with any standard socket wrench and you'll be fine, and I'm giving it 5 stars because it will save me a lot of frustration, not to mention a lot of time.
