I've been to the Dyson store. They sold me a battery but the service rep told me it could be the motor. That I can trade in my old, non-working Dyson. The battery did not solve the problem. But I didn't want to spend that much money again. I bought this charger and put all my hopes on it. And guess what? My Dyson is working again.
