There are none clear distinction between left and right. You almost feel like you have the entire left or right side and you have to adjust to fit them properly. I'll try to reinstall it, but that's just an idea give of why i thought they fit awkwardly also the material in one of them seems to be larger than a metal handle so it crumbles in the middle if your body moves a little to the side what to do, when you enter the back of the 2nd door of the jeep the handle will slide and grab the stuff it's hard to explain but in general it's n Not very useful or convenient to use when you climb into the back seat. To get it out of the way and use it as directed, you'll need to rotate the whole thing 90 degrees until the pointed end is on the side of the slider, not the top. It seems to be going better that way. This is useful when you are in a car. I'll use it for a while but maybe look for something else.
