Works great for the first (3-4) months. Now it doesn't recognize my camera or drops the camera after a few minutes The same camera has been working fine for the past few months My external hard drive is having trouble connecting to it... and the USB ports are loose "It's frustrating , because the camera falls out in the middle of my class when I'm teaching I have to wiggle it or unplug it and plug it back in. Same goes for my external hard drive it's in too USB ports included. Also, it doesn't always charge my computer. The USB Thunderbolt ports worked fine at first, now they don't always recognize my charger. Honestly, I think a thing should last at least a year before it breaks. :(
