I bought a full (8 place) setting of flatware several months ago. I was so thrilled with the weight, design, beauty, and cost that I decided to buy another 8 place setting. When it arrived, the salad forks were of a different weight/design. (I fully understood, mistakes do happen. It's how the seller rectifies the mistake that makes the difference.) I immediately contacted HaWare about the problem, and they acted immediately! (Even refunded my money, which I was not expecting!) Unfortunately (due to world wide shortages, shipping problems, etc.) I could not get a replacement set (salad forks only) right then. I waited about 2 months, contacted them again and they replied with the correct link for exactly what I needed. (Although it was for a 12 place setting, but as I replied to them, I would rather have too many, than not enough.)
