Excellent customer service

Can't say enough about their excellent customer service! The representative went above and beyond to help me get in touch with a technician to answer my question, even after hours. They are based in the States and it was a nice change not having to wait or using an automated email reply thread to get the help I need. The device is also good, but the five is definitely enough for the service!
