I like that it's very easy for our customers to use this service as they can see how their files were protected before GDPR came into effect, which was helpful when setting up new policies. It also has an option of creating secure containers where only specific people or devices will be able to access certain documents within them. This helps us keep track of who accessed what without having to go through each document individually. The whole process takes time but once you get over the initial learning curve everything runs smoothly. There aren't many cons at present though if there is anything else please let me know! We're using SecuFile from now until July 2018 so not sure yet whether we'll need any other services after then - however given its popularity it seems unlikely that would happen. I like that it's easy for you as an administrator or user to see what has been changed when compared against your last update of data (which can be quite frequent). The interface could use some more design elements so that users don't get lost trying to find their way around it. It provides us with excellent security within our organization but also allows us to share information easily across departments without having to worry about who may access sensitive documents/data at any given time.
