Spend your money and buy these wonderful shoes!
I give these shoes 4 points for training because I have a narrow foot and for a narrow foot they are not the best for training. BUT for everything else it is the best comfort and support. Both the knees and spine have worked for me and they support me throughout the day. I'm a school teacher and I'm on my feet all day and after work I go to workout! I take them off at the end of the day and my feet don't hurt at all. They are really worth your money!
