The customer service was fantastic! Our account manager had been with us for over two years before we hired them to help set up our system so they knew exactly how things worked (and didn't work). They were very proactive about finding ways around issues that arose during implementation or integration into existing systems; this saved me time as well because I did not have an IT department at my disposal when it came down between their recommendations vs what already existed within SAP Business One / BPCS/MSSQL Server databases etc., which could be quite complex depending upon your business needs & ; processes involved - but overall everything went smoothly from start-to finish once all parties agreed amongst themselves regarding scope of project objectives prior to beginning any design activities!
