This is a very colorful and fun bow tie. I recently went on a business trip and wore this tie with a sweater and jeans. I got some compliments and repeated looks. The fabric is smooth but holds ties well. It is adjustable to the desired length with measurements clearly marked. Just remember that the fabric of your shirt needs to be considered. I increased by 1/4 and it was perfect. I would never wear a pocket square and a tie at the same time, but for such a cheap price you could get a few to mix and match.
