Review on 🧹 Bissell 28806 Perfect Sweep Turbo: Advanced Grey Carpet and Floor Sweeper by Logan Barela

I have bought this Bissell sweeper twice. First time was December 3rd 2016, this one still worked but didn't hold a charge long so I gave it to my daughter as she doesn't have a dog and won't be using it as regularly as I do. I only bought another one on September 25, 2017. I noticed that the model has been changed and the corner brushes have been removed. They really helped get into edges and corners, although they eventually stop spinning. I don't know why the company removed them. Anyway, after only 4 months this new "AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING!" I am very disappointed with this product. I've had sweepers before and never had this problem. They should last at least a few years! AMAZON I want the seller to contact me! I need a replacement for this defective product! UPDATE 02/12/18: THE SWEEPER WAS STILL GUARANTEED! HOORAY! So Revain's customer service put me in touch with the manufacturer. After some inquiries it was determined that the charger was defective. They sent me a replacement charger free of charge with free shipping and I am happy to report that my sweeper is working again. Switching to 4 stars because it does its job well but still not happy with the corner brushes removed from this model and it doesn't get into corners or edges as well as the previous model. But much better and easier than sweeping with a broom and easier than pulling out with a vacuum cleaner.
