The design, finish, knurling and strength of this tool are excellent. It easily removes and replaces Schrader valves in cars and trucks R-134A LOW and HIGH in A/C lines. It is NOT intended for use in systems other than R134a. This is because each automotive air conditioning refrigerant requires a different hose fitting and each access fitting has a different diameter that is unique to that system's refrigerant. In other words, R-12, R-134a and R-1234yf have different sizes of LOW/HIGH fittings and Schrader valves. This is to prevent accidental cross-contamination of refrigerants from the manifold gauge hose connections. Therefore, only purchase this tool if you intend to use it on an R-134a fueled system.
