There's not much to dislike about this software. It does what it says it will do. The customer service from the support team has been stellar. They are very knowledgeable and quick with answers. I wish they could have had more in depth training available for customers who did not have any experience with networking or switches. I am solving issues related to finding out why my VLANs are dropping. Sometimes the issue is resolved when using TotalView but sometimes we need to get down to the hardware level and check if there is a faulty port or switch.
