Damaged/Chipped Rod Ends
I was highly disappointed to open my box to see that 3 of the 4 ball parts of the rods were all chipped. The whole reason I ordered the rods were because of the beauty of the design on the ends of the rods. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if they were going in a bedroom or basement area, but they're for my family room which has nothing but sunlight. I bypassed alot of cheaper rods just for this particular one, and I am not happy!
