Don't be discouraged by some of these reviews, I bought this set because I needed a nice piece of exercise equipment to help me focus. When you look good you feel good Athlio brand definitely exceeded my expectations fit well i size naturally like a tall boy i ordered this set in 2xl i weigh 260 and fit well i feel comfortable wearing the sauna vest material is thick and tight I wear the kit two days in a row without stretching, if you are a beginner or someone who trains aggressively, Athlio won't disappoint (and no, I wasn't paid to do it, but if you need a brand ambassador I won't take the offer refuse), sure I will buy this product again
