My iPhone 12 won't charge

I'm sad because it won't charge my iPhone 12. It's holding up well! It charges my phone s/o well, but its iPhone is a model or two older. I emailed for support so I'll update my review if I can find a solution. But so far with and without the phone case it doesn't charge my phone.
