It's not worth it. Go straight to the trash
More research needs to be done. This product is not even worth returning to me because of the price. I throw it straight in the trash. The grater is not sharp enough to grate parmesan. The blade is made in CHINA. I just ordered the Microplane brand which is made in the USA and works perfectly. Microplane is a brand I've used in the past and don't even know what I was thinking when I ordered something else.
