I was looking for a backpack that would be comfortable to carry, well made, have lots of pockets for all my stuff and not like a backpack for hiking. I'm a professor and I need to look professional. I've bought several and returned each one. This is the first that meets all my criteria. It's surprisingly well built and seems to last quite a while. The laptop compartment is padded on all sides and on the bottom and closes with Velcro at the top. On a 15.6-inch laptop, when loaded into a bag, there's likely room for a bag. I just bought one (Case Logic) and will update this review when it arrives. A main paper tray is located directly in front of the laptop. , etc. There are 2 zippered pockets, a water bottle holder and an MP3 pocket with cable outlet. The shoulder straps are fully adjustable and shaped to fit when worn. There is a carry handle at the top of the shoulder. Webbing Looks subtle, the bag is made from recycled nylon and is nickel and PVC free. Recommended.
