**Update from 10.20 - The seller fixed the problem and we're back to work! Excellent customer service! ** Working on a 24 month warranty, will be updated by sort! **Now that school has actually started they lasted 4 weeks. Bought for a birthday in August but didn't really use it until September. So of course I can't send them back. Now the noise keeps disappearing. We have been very careful with them and they are hardly used which makes it even more disappointing. They were not scattered but hung up after each use. Since my child was in class today for a meeting, the audio cut out. It's only a matter of time before they disappear completely. Very disappointed in these! Yes they are super cute they fit well it's just a shame they didn't last long. :(
