Doesn't work as expected

As a studio pro I've been using Glyph Technology HD drives for years and they're great BUT this one doesn't work as it should. First, it's not Thunderbolt 3, it's TB 3 compatible, but it doesn't have speed. Most likely it is a USB-C controller. That's definitely not a great feat for an $849 SSD raid. I will not buy it again.
