Review on 🐾 Everest Omega Paw SBE Scratch Box by Andrea Young

I bought this to save my upholstery when my daughter came home with her cat for Christmas. He used it occasionally, but it took a long time to pick the cat up and move it from the couch to the scratching box - he rarely chose the box as his first target. However, he used it and seemed to enjoy the replacement. I am sure that with the extra training he will use it regularly and leave the couch alone. The downside is that it's not big/long enough to stretch out when scratching, I don't know if that matters to a cat. Another thing is that it's made of light plastic and he flipped it over several times to get at the red toy underneath. I have no problem turning it back, but the scratch function is unavailable when it's upside down. I would cut the toy off and somehow stabilize the box if the cat stays with me longer.
