This is the least intuitive device I've owned and is often awkward to use. The screen is so bad that you can hardly read it while driving. Today was the last straw that convinced me to write a review. I've only had this PC a few months and haven't added anything other than a course and apps, but when I tried to update the map today I found there wasn't enough memory to add the new update. The instructions said I need to add a microSD card to increase storage to upgrade! WHICH TYPE!? Doesn't this $600 device have enough storage to do its own map update? IT'S CHEAP and annoying, but wait, it gets worse. I ran it and bought a memory card, put it in and it was found, but when updating it keeps giving an error and WILL NOT UPDATE. I'm starting to really hate this device and regret not investing in it, lights and other accessories. If I'm new, which I know now, I'd look elsewhere. I can't imagine them selling this piece of junk for $600. Should sell for a maximum of $199.
