This is a nice design, the white interior actually looks like an eye at night when the blades are spinning. Bought to keep deer out of the garden. Let's see how long the bearing and light hold up. The blades were so unbalanced that it took almost 10 miles per hour of wind to get them turning. I used an old lead clamp on fishing weights to balance the blades and now a light breeze gets them spinning. After attaching the weights I took some super glue and made sure they would stay.
