I like that it's easy to use, very intuitive with great customer support when you need them (which isn't often).
It does what we want at an affordable price point - not much more than our previous solution but without all of its limitations or cost associated therewith as well.. There are no downsides other then maybe some minor UI changes could be made here &there if they were looking into updating this product in future releases? We have been using EMC since before my time working @EverContact so can only speak from experience within their system rather being able compare experiences elsewhere online such has happened recently w/the new google apps update etc.?
