I like that they have several types of users, all with different needs in mind (free trial/monthly plan).

The free version is pretty bare bones but it's good enough if you're just looking to try out something new without committing too much at first! Like mentioned above having multiple plans allows me to pick what best fits my situation right now so there are no downfalls really either way! If nothing else then maybe some more options would be great as well such as mobile apps or web app vs desktop client which might help people who want those extra features over their computer only. Not many problems that come up here though because we use OVH servers mostly and it works fine most times even when our server goes offline temporarily due to maintenance work going on somewhere nearby sometimes. We mainly do podcasts using Google Meet instead of Zoom since we don't need video chat functionality.
