I have purchased these lashes many times over because I love the way they are so easy to apply and look amazing! Clients love the end product! I recently got a few that weren’t properly glued together and almost the whole tray (of 5 packs) were faulty. All I did was send a FB message with a pic explaining my issue and the order number & it was refunded with no issue. I will continue to buy this product and I appreciate the amazing customer service.
