The ease of use for both new users as well as seasoned practitioners. Also, the support is excellent! I have been using this software since 2018 for my work at a global financial institution with an extensive portfolio of different assets classes (equities, fixed income, commodities). It's helped me to automate our reporting process, allowing us to produce complex reports without manual intervention. A few small issues in terms of formatting or exporting some datasets has meant that we occasionally need to tweak things manually but these are very easy fixes once you know how it works. We've achieved significant benefits from automating our processes across multiple teams within the organisation. Some examples include reducing time spent preparing monthly risk analytics and providing more timely insights to senior management than previously possible.
