Review on Lifetime 80719 Mounted Chair Black by Kristen Jeanguenat

I bought this product because I love Lifetime products and trust the brand. This product is great except for one CRITICAL issue. The included screws are too short and not enough to support the weight of this bracket and chairs. It comes with 2-1/2" screws. The rack itself is 1" thick and the drywall is another 1/2" thick, leaving only up to 1" of screws that actually go into the rack. I have this Installed according to instructions and successfully lifted 12 chairs off the floor and hung nicely on the wall.I was happy.The next day I went to rent some chairs and the whole block collapsed!The screws pulled right out of the wall and took parts of mine Drywall using. Luckily it didn't do too much damage but I had a lot of patching to do. I double checked all 3 screws and put them in the studs to make sure they were installed correctly. I went to a hardware store, bought some 3- 1/2" retarding screws and reinstalled them. Now it's strong. do - the hardware included should do the trick. As this product ships today it's not safe and I don't recommend it. If If it weren't for this critical bug, I'd easily give it 4 stars, maybe even 5.
