Review on ๐Ÿ‘“ Flents Eyeglass Nose Pads - 10 Self-Stick Foam Nose Pads to Prevent Glasses from Slipping by Dan Santos

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Need for heavy glasses

I've been using Flent's nose pads for about 20 years because I can't replace heavy glasses with large lenses. Without the flents, my glasses fall off and my head starts to hurt. Sure, they look a bit boring, even go pretty well with my plastic frames. Doesn't matter? It's worth it so there's no headache! There's an easy fix for sticking issues, as long as your frames aren't too narrow for the pads. Before applying, wipe the nose of the frame with alcohol or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer to remove traces of sebum. (Even after removing the old pair of pads to remove any sticky residue. This can also affect adhesion.) Once the nose is perfectly clean, apply the pads, being careful not to touch the sticky side. . Then press firmly over the entire surface of the pads to ensure they are a snug fit. That being said, mine usually last at least a month before losing their grip; sometimes longer. They only slip when I want to replace them anyway because they got dirty or because it's summer and they've soaked up a lot of sweat. Until I get new glasses, I never want to be without these pads again. Note: The suppliers of these glasses change frequently. I bought from partner Revain Preferred Mart. Excellent seller; They even emailed me to request a review to see if I was happy with the product.
