Everything about them was amazing. The only reason they get a 4/5 is because they were advertised as being durable and comfortable for working out. I've been rollerblading long distances and ended up having to cancel my order for the wireless earbuds, resulting in them lasting me no more than 3 weeks. It's my fault they didn't last long but they were sold in such a way that I was sure they would be ok and they weren't.
