I love the look of the tiny dainty nose studs. I have both nostrils pierced and feel that anything larger than this stone is too much for my face. I had no issues with tarnishing or gem dropouts. I've had them since May 2019. I had problems with one of my nostril piercings because I switched to one of these studs too early after the first piercing. This is NOT the same quality jewelry you would find in a piercing/tattoo shop. No matter how it is described here, it simply does not exist. After my piercing healed, I was able to wear it again with no problems. Otherwise I have no jewelry sensitivities so remember that if you have sensitivities it is always best to consult a professional piercer when purchasing new body jewelry.
