It looked great in the photos and I wanted a dark red bag. In my photo it is a bit lighter than it really is. It's definitely wine red. It's pretty nice. Seams without defects, color as in the photo, inside several beautifully designed pockets for cell phones and other items. It is also fully lined on the inside. Smooth leather - untextured, can be worn both day and night without changing wallets. If I had one complaint about it, it's that the straps are thin. Women tend to load bags and we need straps that can carry a little weight. These belts are not designed for tote bags. I want them to double up. Thicker so they can carry what I usually put in my everyday bag. However, due to the stylish and simple design and the ease of use, these are 5 stars. Well I would never pay that much money for a leather bag from another manufacturer because I'm frugal and I know where to shop, but as I always say if it's in your budget it's very good and the choice is yours .
