The sound quality and comfort were excellent for true Bluetooth wireless headphones. I didn't get a chance to test the noise-cancelling feature, although I think it's more of noise isolation than noise cancellation. The reason they only got 1 star was because they do NOT work with iPhone or iPad at all (I have XSMax and Air 4 both of which are up to date iOS version). I've paired them with each device and made both cellular and Wi-Fi calls and they worked flawlessly until I put the earbuds back into the charging case and answered the incoming call I received. They kept connecting and disconnecting from my phone during a phone call even though they were on file and the case was closed. I even manually switched my call to handsfree and direct mode on my phone and the connection was still going on and off every 5-6 seconds or so, causing my call to keep dropping on my phone. After they did this for the fifth time, I found that I had to unpair it from my phone and remove it from the Bluetooth list to use it without it, and then re-pair it when I wanted to use it. They definitely have potential for sound, comfort, size, material quality, and price, but they definitely need some tweaking for Bluetooth to work properly.
