It's good value, tape is hard to work with
These tools are a good value if you're getting into grafting and don't want to spend a fortune. If I could do it again, I would've paid more for better parafilm tape. This stuff sticks to itself really tight and gets tangled very easily, making it hard to do a nice tight wrap around a stem. Knife was very nice and sharp out of the box though.I got a successful citrus graft using this kit! (as well as several unsuccessful grafts, but I blame my own lack of grafting experience for those, not the kit)
- Not easy to use.
- The process of grafting may require a lot of time and patience, which may discourage some gardeners
