Unfortunately they don't work well.

I have had this type of glasses before without any problems, but these particular glasses did not fit at all. The lower bezel prevents the application of eye makeup. No matter how far I push them up or down the nose, the frame gets in the way. Also, I always buy +2.00 reading glasses but they are blurry. They may work for others, but they didn't work for me.
