Review on OXO Good Grips Silicone Measuring Cup Set - 3 Piece Squeeze & Pour by Mandy Jones

I have two problems with these measuring cups: 1. when the liquid drips while pouring (I don't think I'm the only one who finds this extremely annoying!), and 2..can I hold your boiling water in it and don't burn me? Answer: NO, the liquid does NOT run down the wall when pouring - hooray! Let OXO fix this annoyance! I love Pyrex, but I can't stand this bad (Pour? Haha!) technique! I tried to add a video to this review because pictures speak louder than words, but I couldn't do it (whoa!), so you have to believe me when I say I've also tried pouring butter in big ones and also melt hardly dripping rivulets and do not flow down the wall of the cup. And YES, you can keep them inside with boiling water and not burn yourself! These measuring cups are the most perfect I know. They can be used by both left and right handed people and still be able to see increment marks, they can be microwaved without fear of melting or burning your hands, they fold well and don't take up much space . Room in a cupboard and apparently dishwasher safe, although I'm still too paranoid about the markings coming off like I've had with Pyrex measuring cups. They don't appear to be printed, but I still hand wash them just in case, because I can't comment on the longevity of the print, and what's so great about unmarked measuring cups? I can't recommend them enough and am considering gifting them for Christmas this year. I also bought 4 mugs and this set of 3 fits in perfectly. Silicone is great because you don't have to worry about dropping and breaking them, and they shrink, but not to the point where you feel like they'll collapse and send the contents onto the floor. I'm very picky about my kitchen gadgets and I'm always thinking about how to improve them, but I think OXO did a great job with them. I'm selling my Pyrex at a flea market!
